OXO Management


OXO manages all services and tasks required to generate a solid return of investment for our owners. This covers marketing, rentals, distribution, accounting, administration, inspections and full monthly reporting, so that owners can enjoy the benefits of an OXO property with ease.



Our premium housekeeping services gives our properties the touch of a 5-star hotel. Room and cleaning service on a daily or weekly basis (depending on owner and tenant requirements), offers the luxury one would expect from OXO.




Our experienced and professional maintenance team will have you and your property covered. From preventative maintenance scheduling to our 24h on call service we will ensure that our owners assets is asset is protected and looked after.




Especially during times where travels are limited we offer a monthly inspection service to put property owners in full control of their assets.  Our inspection team conducts a detailed monthly quantitive evaluation of a property with actionable tasks and recommendations.



We are currently collaborating with owners on property development projects on a consultative basis for new private properties, extensions and renovations - all to OXO standards. We offer these services on a project-by-project basis.



Our concierge service caters for all needs of owners and guests. It will enhance the OXO experience with even more personal touch and ease for all aspects of living in Bali.

Pak Wayan's career has always been in high-end hospitality with extensive experience in opening and operating award winning hotels and Resorts, such as Armani Hotel Dubai, Fairmont The Palm Dubai, The Palace Down Town Dubai, Hideaway Of Nungwi Zanzibar, Montigo Resorts, Nongsa Batam and The Seminyak Beach Resorts and Spa Bali. He has proven leadership and management skills under various working conditions, cultures and customs. He is a master in developing high performance teams by identifying, recruiting and training passionate and committed people, who ultimately represent the experience OXO stands for. We are proud to have Pak Wayan leading the OXO Services division and ensure that every customer is delighted and every detail is considered.
